Upon check-in, the staff informed me my booked queen room was unavailable, forcing me into a double bed room I didn't want. The room was humid and musty, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, I found the ice machine filthy, which really made me question the hotel's cleanliness.

I found the location convenient for my travels back to Italy. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance with copy services. The room offered a comfortable sleeping arrangement, with a microwave and refrigerator handy for my road trip snacks. During breakfast, I loved the waffle machine, which was a treat for me.

the location of super 8 is close to some areas, which might be convenient. the room i had was accessible, although it had its challenges. the air conditioner worked well, and that was a plus.

Comfortable stay with friendly service

Spent a night here and it was pretty nice! The room was cozy, and the staff were super friendly, even got a nice continental breakfast. I loved chilling with a hot cup of coffee while watching TV after a soothing bath. Only thing was the thin walls—could hear more than I wanted from the hallway.

It was just a great fit for a fleeting trip in Hagerstown with high value for money. The heater was loud, but I managed to get some decent sleep despite it.

Suitable for budget travelers

The room was pretty clean,, no awful chemical smells, which I appreciated. The staff were decent, they happily handed over more towels when I needed them.

The soda machine was out of order, which was a letdown. Still, for a quick stay, it did the trick.
